End User License Agreement
Effective Date: April 20, 2026
1. Overview
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of accounting-related services, integrations, and data processing functionalities made available through the PGS360 website using QuickBooks. By accessing or using this functionality, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Scope of License
PGS360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the QuickBooks Integration solely for:
- Viewing financial data
- Syncing transactions
- Managing accounting-related workflows within authorized accounts
This license does not grant ownership of any software, data structures, or intellectual property.
3. Third-Party Service Dependency
The QuickBooks Integration relies on services provided by Intuit Inc. You acknowledge that:
- Usage is subject to Intuit's terms and policies
- PGS360 does not control QuickBooks uptime, availability, or changes
- Service disruptions from Intuit fall outside PGS360's responsibility
4. User Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate and authorized QuickBooks credentials or API permissions
- Maintain confidentiality of account access
- Ensure synced data complies with applicable financial and legal regulations
- Use the integration for lawful business purposes only
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data transmitted.
5. Data Access and Permissions
By enabling the QuickBooks Integration, you authorize PGS360 to:
- Access QuickBooks data via secure APIs
- Store and process relevant financial data for system functionality
- Perform automated synchronization and updates
We do not modify your financial records outside of explicitly authorized actions.
6. Data Security
PGS360 implements industry-standard safeguards. However:
- No system is completely secure
- You acknowledge inherent risks in cloud-based integrations
- PGS360 is not liable for breaches caused by third-party platforms, including QuickBooks
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for financial losses, accounting errors, or data discrepancies arising from the use of the QuickBooks Integration
- PGS360 is not responsible for service interruptions, API failures, or Intuit-made changes
- Integration use is at your own risk
8. No Financial or Accounting Advice
This integration is a technical tool only. We do not provide accounting, tax, or financial advisory services.
9. Suspension or Termination
PGS360 reserves the right to:
- Suspend or revoke integration access at any time
- Disable connections for security risks or misuse
- Modify or discontinue the feature without prior notice
10. Updates to This Agreement
PGS360 may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of the QuickBooks Integration constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws in jurisdictions where PGS360 operates, including the United States and Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts within applicable jurisdictions.
